Welcome to the E&E Trust and Will Drafting System.

This is the E&E Trust and Will Drafting System home page. This system was designed by Alan S. Acker to allow attorneys an easy and efficient way of preparing initial drafts of revocable trusts, wills, and financial powers of attorney for their clients.

The system is available in Ohio and Virginia and is state specific. That is, instead of some systems that try to cover every imaginable situation for every state, the E&E Trust and Will Drafting System helps Ohio attorneys and Virginia attorneys prepare documents appropriate for each state.

How the E&E Trust and Will Drafting System Works

The system guides you through a series of input screens where you type in relevant information (such as client names, addresses, birth dates, and the like) and select appropriate choices to create the right document for your clients. For example, if you are creating trusts for children, you can easily select how income and principal will be distributed with a few clicks of your mouse. After making all appropriate choices, you can open your completed document and save it as a Word document to your hard drive for further customization.
